Linkit Financial Brokers FZCO uses the information you provide to prepare an indicative fundability assessment, display and email your requested report, respond to your enquiry, and arrange relevant financial-services support.
What we process
We process your contact and business details, consent record, and aggregate financial metrics extracted from the bank statement. The uploaded PDF is processed temporarily and is not retained. We do not retain raw transaction rows or the full extracted PDF text.
How the assessment works
A deterministic scoring system evaluates aggregate metrics such as revenue, balances, business tenure, AECB score, payment behaviour, and inflow diversity. Plain-language observations are generated by deterministic rules inside the Linkit application. Financial data is not sent to an external AI provider.
Service providers and access
We use Microsoft Azure for hosting, Microsoft Entra ID for partner authentication, and private Azure Storage for assessment and referral records. Authorised Linkit personnel may follow up on qualified enquiries. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Assessment and lead records are retained for up to 90 days unless a longer period is required by law or an active customer relationship. Raw statement PDFs have zero retention. Records are encrypted at rest and access is restricted by role.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw from follow-up communications. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed with your consent.
